A Contemporary Mid-Rise Residential Building in Dubai

Located within Dubai South, this proposed G+4+R (HC) residential development is designed to support modern living in one of the city’s fastest-expanding urban areas. Developed for Mr. Suleman Amjad and Mehmood Tahir, the project reflects a focus on efficient design, practical layouts, and long-term material performance.

Projects of this scale require more than standard material supply. They demand coordination between design intent, technical requirements, and execution strategy. For this development, porcelain tile solutions were selected to ensure durability, visual consistency, and suitability for high-use residential environments.

Project Development

This project was carried out in close coordination with the consultant, Al Hilal Engineering Consultants, and the main contractor, Asas Alarab Construction LLC.

Porcelain tile specifications were carefully defined to align with the architectural concept, with adjustments made to:

  • Surface tone and finish
  • Reflectivity levels
  • Overall visual harmony across spaces

In addition, slip-resistance requirements were incorporated where necessary to meet safety standards without compromising the intended aesthetic.

All materials were produced according to precise dimensional requirements, ensuring accurate integration with the building layout and facilitating efficient installation on site.

Manufacturing & Execution

Nazare managed the full production cycle under controlled factory conditions, ensuring consistency in finish, sizing, and technical performance across the entire supply.

Through structured manufacturing processes and strict quality control, the project achieved:

  • Accurate sizing and calibration
  • Uniform appearance across all batches
  • Dependable performance in application

The complete volume of porcelain tiles was delivered through a coordinated logistics plan, supporting smooth site operations and minimizing installation challenges.
