Located in the Burj Khalifa community, St. Regis Residences rises 55 floors above one of the world’s most prestigious urban districts.

Projects at this scale require more than aesthetic materials.

Porcelain, marble, and travertine surfaces were supplied to support the building’s premium residential interiors while maintaining strict performance expectations.

Project Customization

This project was developed through close collaboration between Nazare and the client’s design team.

The porcelain surface was exclusively refined to match the architectural concept, with adjustments made to:

  • Color tone
  • Reflectivity
  • Overall visual balance

An R10 slip-resistance specification was incorporated to meet safety requirements while maintaining a refined surface finish.

Materials were also produced in the exact dimensions required by the architectural layout, ensuring precise alignment with the project’s design and installation requirements.

Manufacturing & Execution

Nazare managed full-scale production in-house, ensuring consistent tone, finish, and technical performance across the entire supply.

Through controlled manufacturing processes and strict quality standards, the project achieved:
