Project: Al Satwa Residential Building
BURJ KHALIFA DISTRICT
Al Satwa Residential Building — Dubai
Located in the vibrant district of Al Satwa, this residential building comprises basement, ground floor, two podium levels, eight residential floors, and a roof level.
The project demanded materials that could accommodate both structural complexity and residential functionality, while maintaining a refined aesthetic across common and private spaces.
Surface solutions were required for high-traffic zones, vertical circulation areas, and residential interiors, ensuring long-term performance and visual coherence throughout the building.
Project Development
The development process focused on aligning design intent with technical execution from the outset.
Close coordination with the consultant and contractor teams enabled:
- Clear definition of material performance criteria
- Precise dimensional coordination across multiple floor levels
- Selection of finishes suited to both functional and aesthetic requirements
Each specification was finalized prior to production, allowing materials to integrate seamlessly with the project’s structural and architectural framework.
Operational Execution & Delivery
Production and supply were managed through a structured workflow designed to support phased construction activities.
Materials were:
- Produced according to approved specifications
- Systematically inspected to ensure uniformity
- Scheduled in alignment with site progress
Delivery was organized to facilitate efficient handling on-site, minimizing disruption while supporting installation across different building zones.
This approach contributed to steady construction progress and reduced coordination challenges during execution.
